Job Objective:

Overall responsibility of a designated area to improve the sales and the relationship with the channel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of new customer acquisition Sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly achievement for prepaid & postpaid.

  • Achievement of scratch card/easy load targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

  • Increase in retail penetration.

  • Stock Management

  • RSO management and ensuring their market visits.

  • Overall franchise management , their receivable through franchise visits

  • Improve visibility at retail level through POS deployment.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Overall target achievement.

  • Market analysis, feedback and improvement in sales channel


Skillset Required:

  • Strong working knowledge about Telco industry, trends, and strong analytical skills

  • Good communication and management skills

  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels
